只選用基本調味：鹽、糖、胡椒粉、粟粉、木薯粉、
魚露，以及少量梳打粉和泡打粉提升口感。

balls deliver a naturally rich and full-bodied beef
flavour.They contain over 90% pure beef, with less
than 5% starch and only around 5% fat.
