我哋嘅雞丸選用優質雞肉製作，味道清甜自然。超
過90%雞肉製成，澱粉少於5%，脂肪含量約
5%。
堅持簡單純粹配方，不含防腐劑，不添加人工化學
成分。
配方加入鹽、糖、胡椒粉、粟粉、木薯粉，以及少
量梳打粉和泡打粉提升口感。
不含魚露成分，對魚類過敏人士更安心。
口感較為鬆身爽彈，風格近似魚丸，但肉質細緻，
不乾不柴。
