Our Double Pepper Beef Balls are made using
the same premium beef recipe as our original
beef range.
They contain over 90% pure beef, with less than
5% starch and around 5% fat.
Prepared with a simple and honest recipe, with
no preservatives and no artificial additives.
Seasoned with salt, sugar, cornflour, tapioca
starch, fish sauce, and a small amount of
bicarbonate of soda and baking powder to
enhance texture.
Blended with both black pepper and white
pepper, infused throughout the meat for added
depth and layered flavour.
Rich in beef taste with a gentle peppery warmth,
springy in texture and never dry.
